About us
We are a Norwegian-owned real estate agent with a staff who are fluent in Spanish, English, Swedish and Norwegian, so you can feel secure in the process without having to worry about the language barrier.
Background
The company was founded in 2004 by Gry Anette Kolstad with the main goal of helping our clients find their dream home in Spain, and we do this by working for and with you during the process, and putting your interests first. We will make sure that the buying process in Spain will be as easy and stress-free as possible for you.
Search for your perfect home
In Spain, the seller pays commission in connection with the sale. The Commission has already been established between the seller and the seller's agent. We work for you as a buyer and our main goal is to take care of your interests. This also allows us to search objects at your request in all databases - regardless of agencies. Therefore, you do not have to spend your time searching for real estate and managing properties with various real estate agencies and builders.
In this process we will have a close communication with you, so that we can get the inputs we need, because usually the wishlist will change during the process. And if you find a property that you like, but it's not up to the standard you want, don't worry we will help you with the renovations and changes you want to make
Sell with us
We primarily work with properties on the Costa Blanca cost, and our customer base is found throughout Europe. When we market your property, we do it for all nationalities. This gives you better opportunities for faster sales in a larger market.
Send us an email and we will contact you, we value your property for free
Legal help
We recommend the use of a lawyer in connection with the purchase and sale of property. After many years in the industry, we are proud to have cooperation agreements with the best lawyers, and of course we have lawyers who speak your language.
Bank and mortgage
For many years in Spain we have established really good relationships with many banks, so if you need a financing, we are here to help you.
We recommend that before your trip to Spain to think about and possibly. Resolve your financing.
All homes advertised are without VAT (iva) and other costs, so you always have to calculate 13-15% in addition to the stated prices of the properties.
Aftersale
We attach great importance to helping you after you have received your residence, we know that it can often be difficult and find good craftsmen and language barriers can also seem very stressful, but do not despair we are always here to help you.
