I put a studio of approx. 20 m2, well thought, clear, nothing tap-à-l'oeil but everything is there. Appart clean, maintained, ready to live.
The main room is well organized, not stifling. One sees a double bed installed on the wall side, with single headboard, light linen. Next to it, a real desk with chair (not a DIY corner), practical pre-telework or revision quiet. Large window, good natural light during the day, blinds already laid.
Open but well defined kitchen: sober furniture, wooden worktop, integrated dishwasher, plates, stainless steel sink, storage in height + open shelves. Everything is compact but logical, we circulate well. Bar/table corner with stool, practical ready to eat quickly made.
Big plus: separate toilet, which is quite rare in a studio.
Bathroom apart, clear tiled, shower, washbasin cabinet + washing machine installed, works well.
Entrance with closet storage + mirror full height (practical in the morning). Light ground, neutral walls, quiet atmosphere.
Location: rue du Faubourg-de-Pierre, Strasbourg. Nice neighborhood, well served, shops on foot, tram not far away, easily accessible centre. Not noisy, even during the week.
