I rent a small studio of approx. 19m located rue Boileau, in the 16th south, corner very requested by young active because it is quiet but tt close to the transports and shops. We are between Exelmans and Porte de St-Cloud, 5 min from metro line 9, full of buses, superettes + bakery just at the end of the street. The neighborhood is secure, clean, and frankly pleasant to live there alone without stress. Neighbors rather quiet, no noise late at night.
The studio consists of:
