I rent my studio of 26 m2 located in a secure building with digicode, in the very nice area between Ourcq and Jean Jaurès (metro 3 min walk, park of Buttes-Chaumont not far from all).
It's a furnished studio, very well organized:
• The seating area is equipped with a large convertible sofa (the bed unfolds as seen in the photos).
• Separate kitchen with plates, oven, fridge, washing machine, everything you need.
• A real bathroom with bathtub.
• Space currently occupied by a bebe bed a little separated behind wood claustras.
Important to know: the current tenants leave with the baby cot that is currently installed. Instead, one can quite arrange an office, a small library or a play area, as needed.
And yes, it is a pet friendly apartment (as you can see in the photos, even if he specifically leaves with his masters!).

Rent : 770 € per month, including charges
The charges (about 80 €) cover the cold water, the maintenance of the building and the garbage room.
The rent excluding charges is therefore 690 €, and the deposit requested is the same: 690 €
