Close to the Rue de la Tour, very well served. It is on the 3rd floor with elevator.
The heating is gas (we had some problems at first, but frankly for 7 months it turns perfectly). There is a cellar, and besides, the woman on the board goes down (it doesn't please all I know).
On the living room/bedroom side, there is a comfortable sofa, a wardrobe in the entrance, a sleeping area well bounded by the wardrobe. The kitchen is separate: hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and a small dining area for two. No TV for the moment, but I have one in reserve in the cellar, I can mount it without worry if needed.
The monthly rent is 985 € including charges, including 60 € of charges covering the maintenance of the communes, cold water and a participation in the weekly cleaning of the hall. The required deposit is 925 €. The accommodation is classified C at the DPE with 134 kWh/m2. year, and D for the GHG with 26 kg CO2/m2. year. This property is well eligible for APL.
