Hello.
I put a 28m studio located on Fourcroy Street on the 3rd floor (ac asc).
It's an apartment that I've been doing not long ago, so the whole thing is clean and pretty neat, but I'm not decorator so I'm going to just say it.
The night corner is behind a large window, which makes a clear separation without closing. The bed is in 140, mattress ok, and there is a small wooden bedside table. The painted brick wall gives a rather rough style, I prefer to warn, must love the loft spirit a little bit.
The day part:
– a brown, comfortable canap (2 seats) placed in front of the window
– kitchen in length, with white closets + wooden shelf
– recessed sink, dishwasher, hobs, hood, sufficient storage
– wooden round table, wooden/metal chairs (very stable)
– a lot of light because high windows
Bathroom style white / blue tiles, large clean shower, round mirror, storage. Nothing to report particular, everything works.
Electric heating. Fibre available.
I don't necessarily ask for a guarantor, it depends on the file, I stay open as long as it's serious.
The building is quiet, stable tenants. Metro Wagram at approx. 5 min walk.
Rent: 927 €/month including charges.
