About this studio for sale
In the heart of Benfia, where Lisboa preserves one of its most genuine neighborhood lifes, it is a unique house designed for someone who is looking for something far beyond the convention.
Fully renovated, furnished, decorated and new to stars, this study combines 30 m2 inside and a private 7 m2 terrace, exclusive and unique use in the building. A rare proposal, where size, functionality and aesthetics were worked in detail to create an amazingly complete space.
Located at the top of a first walk, the apartment develops in an open light and harmonious space, in which area of being, kitchen, meals and rest naturally happens, without losing identity.
The interior project was designed as a measure. An extensive composition of a generic integrated marcenary composition, well-known decorations and carefully selected irons, while the head of organic design, specially designed for space, introduces a subtle architectural signature. The floor set in 'spinha' runs the apartment and gives continuity and character to the whole.
In the kitchen, materials and functionality they find a particularly achieved balance. The natural tones of wood contrast with the deep green covering and metallic settings, while the central island connects with the rest of the social area. The bank in Silestone Bronze Rivers and the Bosch, completely new and encapsulated, completes a space that is thought to be both considered as truly used.
The new Rehahau casinos in PVC with double glass, the electric chairs and the wide area covered along the kitchen provide lightness and establish a direct relationship between the house and the outside.
The private terrace becomes a real extension of the room: a reserved space to start the day, read, receive or simply use some square metres from Lisbon to free air. The outdoor furniture, vessels, vegetation and other decorative elements also include sale.
In the bathroom, the same attention to the detail is shown in the combination of clothing, furniture designed to maximize the noise, shower of purified lines, lighting mirror with decommissioning and ventilation system.
The intervention was comprehensive, covering new water and exhaust channels, electrical installation and pre-installation of air conditioning, as well as new video porter color. The original wooden door was restored, preserving an element of the home identity, and until the apparently secondary elements were chosen: pickers and interruptors designed by the Portuguese architect Álvaro Siza Vieira.
Everything you saw was thought to be part of a set, and everything remained.
Bed and head to measure, sofa, armaments, lighting, decorative objects, plants, outdoor furniture and a single table in Portuguese marble from Alentejo are part of the house, allowing the next owner simply to open the door and start living it.
The location completes the proposal. Along with the Benfi Church and a few minutes from the Benfia Market, the Silva Porto Park (also known as the Benfia Mata), traditional trade, restoration, services and transport, it allows you to enjoy a genuine and daily Lisbon, maintaining excellent links to the remaining urban centre.
30 m2 interior. 7 m2 private exterior. And very little conventional.
This is a home for those who recognize project, materials, execution, detail and exclusion, and assign value to what is difficult to play.
