My focus is on new developments and carefully selected projects on Costa Blanca North, where legal clarity, construction quality, and long-term value are essential. I deliberately work with a limited number of properties, as fewer, well-chosen options lead to better decisions than overwhelming choice.

Before establishing my independent practice, I spent many years working at a senior level within large, structured real estate environments, serving international and high-net-worth clients. This experience shaped my approach to discretion, precision, and responsibility — values that continue to define how I work today.

With more than 15 years of direct experience in the Spanish property market, I understand both the expectations of international buyers and the realities of the local system. My role is often to translate not only language, but mindset — ensuring transparency, realistic expectations, and no surprises.

I am a registered real estate agent in the Comunidad Valenciana (RAICV 3736) and work in close cooperation with experienced lawyers, developers, banks, and independent professionals to ensure a secure and well-managed purchase process.
