Background
The company was founded in 2004 by Gry Anette Kolstad with the main goal of helping our clients find their dream home in Spain, and we do this by working for and with you during the process, and putting your interests first. We will make sure that the buying process in Spain will be as easy and stress-free as possible for you.

Search for your perfect home
In Spain, the seller pays commission in connection with the sale. The Commission has already been established between the seller and the seller's agent. We work for you as a buyer and our main goal is to take care of your interests. This also allows us to search objects at your request in all databases - regardless of agencies. Therefore, you do not have to spend your time searching for real estate and managing properties with various real estate agencies and builders.
In this process we will have a close communication with you, so that we can get the inputs we need, because usually the wishlist will change during the process.
