Leilighet i Altea, Alicante provins

Extraordinary corner apartment completely renovated with a large plot for private use only for this apartment. The area where it is located, Cap Negret, is one of the most sought after and appreciated, due to the beauty of the environment and because it is just 1 km from the center of Altea. Another element to highlight is the special orientation of the beach in this area, where the coastline bends and faces south, giving the building a sunnier position throughout the day as well as better and complete views of the bay of Altea. . The apartment has its own independent entrance from the street, which together with its plot for private use, gives us the feeling of having a house on the beachfront. The interior layout is ideal.
