There are olive trees and almond trees and there is a mas of 74 m2. The mas is now divided into two parts, but in the past they were united. This can be seen in the natural stone arches on the inside. The mas stands on a high point of the finca and can be completely renovated. There are beautiful views from this higher point. The path gives access to a plot which is planted with olive trees that is also owned by the finca. The property is easily accessible via wide sand tracks. And the rivers Algars and Matarraña are situated about 5 and 6 kilometers from the property. The finca is surrounded by nature, so there is a lot of peace and quietness.
