Finca i Calaceite, Teruel provins

Finca in Calaceite with a plot size of 21.900 m² (2.19 hectares) and a mas. The mas was used as a shelter, hence the lack of a door. The mas is 16 m² in size and the walls and roof are in good condition. Situated on a high point and surrounded by pine trees, it offers plenty of privacy and stunning views. It is possible to completely renovate the mas. 3.800 m² of the plot is planted with olive trees, 5.500 m² with almond trees, and the remaining 12.600 m² is a wooded area with shrubs and trees. The plot consists of several large terraces at different elevations. The finca is easily accessible via sandy tracks and is located about 4 kilometers from Calaceite, 6 kilometers from Caseres, and 3 kilometers from the Algars River. A rustic location surrounded by nature.

Our office is situated in Maella (Calle Santa Barbara 20), which is surrounded by small villages. Each one of them has their historic centre and their shops, restaurants, bars, events and markets.

The larger cities are located at the following distances: Gandesa (34 km), Alcaniz (49 km), Tarragona (112 km), Lleida (114 km), Zaragoza (130 km), Castelló (191 km) and Barcelona (190 km).

The roads are in good condition and the two main motorways leading to each city of Spain are 80 kilometres away from Maella. There are also good train and bus connections to and from the larger cities.
