Finca i Maella, Zaragoza provins

Finca with a total area of 41.400 m2 (4.14 hectares). The property is located about 6 kilometers from the village of Maella and 5 kilometers from the village of Mazaleon. There are mainly (large) olive trees and on the other side of the road there are also a number of almond trees. The finca is surrounded by hills with pine trees and there is a large mas of 100 m2, spread over two floors. The walls and roof are in good condition. It is possible to completely renovate the mas. From different points there is a beautiful view and there is lots of privacy. It is a calm and quiet location, one kilometer away from a large lake ¨Embalse de Val Comuna¨. And the property is easily accessible.

Our office is situated in Maella (Calle Santa Barbara 20), which is surrounded by small villages. Each one of them has their historic centre and their shops, restaurants, bars, events and markets.

The larger cities are located at the following distances: Caspe (21 km), Gandesa (34 km), Alcaniz (49 km), Tarragona (112 km), Lleida (114 km), Zaragoza (130 km), Castelló (191 km) and Barcelona (190 km).

The roads are in good condition and the two main motorways leading to each city of Spain are 80 kilometres away from Maella. There are also good train and bus connections to and from the larger cities.
