Lluís Torrent established Torrent API S.A. In summer 1972 on a first floor in Carrer Santa Anna, in l'Estartit. Today, the company has four offices and a team formed by over 40 experts, combining years of experience of jobs well done and the enthusiasm to accomplish new objectives. Over four decades offering our services have made us a reference estate agent in the Costa Brava.

Our CEO and founder has been the President of the Association of Real Estate Agents of Girona (API), co-founder and President of the Touristic Apartment Association of Girona (ATA), and currently is the President of federatur, which represents the interests of companies related to touristic rental in Catalonia. He was awarded the Tourism of Catalonia medal and the gold medal of the Real Estate Agent Association, amongst others.

During these past, changing years, Esther Torrent has joined the Managment Team to continue with the project created by her father and contribute with the necessary innovations to face the challenges of our technological era.
