We is myself, Ann Depovere & my husband Ismael Valencia. Originally from Belgium, I have spent six years working for an international estate agent before opening in february 2014. Ismael is born in Belgium, from Spanish parents,and a European qualified construction engineer with more than 20 year’s experience in the industry. Having worked as a project manager he knows what to offer my clients when a new build property, extension or renovation is required.

Our language knowledge (Spanish,English,Dutch, French and German) let us liaise with all visitors to our sunny part of Spain, Almeria. We are located in Vera playa and cover the whole levante área of Almeria.
