Authentic town house in the historic center of the village of Maella with a total area of 140 m2. The house is divided into four floors, each floor has the same area. The ground floor consists of a hall that is currently used as a living room, where it is pleasantly cool in the summer. The first floor consists of a double room with access to a balcony, a kitchen and a small toilet with a shower. The second floor consists of a double room and dressing room, and another double room. The third floor, the attic, consists of three rooms currently used as storage space, but which could possibly be converted into more rooms or a terrace. The roof is in good condition. Internet and digital TV are possible and the house is situated close to all amenities.

Our office is situated in Maella (Calle Santa Barbara 20), which is surrounded by small villages. Each one of them has their historic centre and their shops, restaurants, bars, events and markets.

The larger cities are located at the following distances: Gandesa (34 km), Alcaniz (49 km), Tarragona (112 km), Lleida (114 km), Zaragoza (130 km), Castelló (191 km) and Barcelona (190 km).

The roads are in good condition and the two main motorways leading to each city of Spain are 80 kilometres away from Maella. There are also good train and bus connections to and from the larger cities.
