Nardia real estate agency ™ is active on the Costa Blanca and the Costa Calida since 2013. Our office is located in Altea. The team is multilingual and has sound knowledge of legal and tax matters as well as the market of homes for sale in the area we cover.
We offer you a full service real estate experience that is much more than just showing property! We check all properties in the property registry and with authorities for possible debts, mortgages, making sure there are no outstanding taxes, debts or fines from the townhall etc.
We also work hard to keep our prices advertised and houses offered for sale up to date. This sometimes has the odd side effect that our advertisements show higher prices for when not all advertisements are regularly update when a property is sold. Especially in new build projects this happens often, unfortunately.
Our experienced team will be happy to assist you to find that particular property that matches your requirements.
Even if you do not yet know what exactly you are looking for we are pleased to assist you throughout the process in a time efficient manner.
We make sure that the process of buying your property in Spain will be as pleasant and hassle free as possible. Our team assists you throughout the buying process from the first viewings to the signing of the deed of ownership at the notary public. Even thereafter we will be available for all kinds of practical matters like connecting utilities, home cleaning services or installation of internet or international television in your new home.
You can also enjoy our professional and reliable service (in your own language) that is based on openness and transparency. Just contact our team today!
