Ncalma Homes

In 2004, Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel was born. A pioneering 5-star luxury hotel that redesigned the concept of relaxation and the enjoyment of “the other Ibiza”. We are Ncalma Homes, the same family and expert team behind that project, now developing new efficient and sustainable properties in our precious island of Ibiza.

Tarida by Ncalma Homes is an exclusive residential complex next to the beach of Cala Tarida in the municipality of Sant Josep, Ibiza. With easy access to the beach, a total of 8 swimming pools with landscaped areas, 24-hour private security, and a very pleasant climate throughout the year, it offers an excellent opportunity to reside in Ibiza.
