We’re Abodi, a small, husband-and-wife estate agency covering the Almería area, with a particular focus on Mojácar, Vera Pueblo, Vera Playa, Puerto Rey, Garrucha, and the surrounding areas.
Having lived in the area ourselves, we genuinely understand both the lifestyle and the property market here. We offer a highly personal, hands-on service, supporting our clients through every stage of the process — from first enquiries and viewings to negotiations and completion.
What makes us different is our honest, down-to-earth approach and our focus on quality over quantity. As a small agency, we’re able to be flexible, responsive, and fully invested in each client and property we work with. We believe in clear communication, realistic advice, and building long-term relationships rather than quick transactions.
Whether you’re buying or selling, our aim is to make the process as smooth, transparent, and stress-free as possible.
