Except for a few almond trees, the plot is unplanted, which allows the new owner to plant whatever he/she wishes. An irrigation canal, which was once in use but is no longer, runs alongside the property. The property is located less than 2 kilometers from the village of Caseres and 5 kilometers from the village of Calaceite. It is easily accessible. The paved road connecting the two villages is only 150 meters from the property. The finca consists of two parts: the upper part is covered with shrubs, and the lower part, where the mas is located, is the area with trees. The Algars River, with spectacular views and places to swim, is just 200 meters from the finca. The property is situated in a very peaceful and green location.

The roads are in good condition and the two main motorways leading to each city of Spain are 80 kilometres away from Maella. There are also good train and bus connections to and from the larger cities.
