When you purchase with us our services include arrangement of notary, opening bank accounts, architects if needed, NIE numbers (number of identification for foreigners) you need this to buy anything in Spain. We can also recommend Spanish builders, electricians/plumbers etc.
We have extensive knowledge of this area and pride ourselves on the fact we have remained friends with many of our clients. Even though we are professional we do believe in making the search process more relaxed for our clients, we know firsthand what a headache it can be and how confusing it can get when you visit many properties.
