Conditions of contract

1. The Arrement Contract shall be held exclusively for Housing;

2. Each apartment has maximum capacity for 2 persons;

3. The apartments are furnished and equipped;

4. Payment of the Remuneration is made by Direct Debt in Account and/or Bank Transfer;

5. The signature of the Reserve Agreement shall be paid:
- the security, at the value of € 1700 (T2 studies) or € 2000,00 (T2 living), intended to book the apartment and to ensure the proper maintenance of the property and all its furnishings and equipment as well as the cleaning of it on the date of exit;

6. The signature of the Arrement Contract is paid:
- the 1st month of use;

7. The contractor has the responsibility to inform the presence of animals in the apartment and to enhance protection under contractual resolution;

8. Smoking is not allowed within the apartment;

9. The electricity and water of the leased fraction are due to the Argentator (about 50€/month)
