Small, simple but charming Mallorcan townhouse in the heart of Sóller, just a few metres away from the main square. It is in a very central location, yet in a quiet area without car traffic.

It is available to rent from 22 November 2025 to 12 May 2026, subject to possible changes.

The house has two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, which also serves as heating during the winter months.

The ground floor has an entrance area, a fully furnished living room and a simple kitchen. Above the kitchen, on a raised floor, is a small dining area. One of the bedrooms opens onto a cosy roof terrace, which invites guests to relax.

Due to its size and design, the house is only suitable for two or a maximum of three people. Parking is available a few minutes' walk away.
