The property is fully furnished and features three bedrooms, all equipped with wardrobes, bedside tables, and dressing tables. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third offers two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

There are two modern bathrooms, both with walk-in showers.

The living room consists of two areas: a dining area for six people, and a comfortable lounge area with a modern L-shaped sofa (which can be converted into a sofa bed) and an 85-inch television with air conditioning. Adjacent to the living room is a small 6 m² balcony, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery, utensils, and kitchenware needed for cooking, as well as all major appliances: washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and even a small wine cooler. It also includes a practical dining area with stools next to the ceramic hob.

On the rooftop, there is a solarium ideal for sunbathing and enjoying spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.

In addition, the building offers a private parking area exclusively for residents.

Pets are not allowed.
