I put my little T1 of approx. 27m2 in the Croix-Rousse district, rue d'Austerlitz, super practical for what is shops/transport. It is not an apartment 的neuf-neuf, but it is clean, maintained and especially very pleasant to live, high ceilings, beautiful light.
The apartment is separated into two real rooms:
– The bedroom: double bed, old-rose-colored wall, cosy atmosphere, and TV in front of the bed (separately hung, hidden cables). Large mirror cabinet, modern lighting.
– The kitchen/dining room: dining area with table and 4 wooden chairs, fridge, hob + oven, microwave, dishwasher (yes, one real, not a mini), high storage.
– Bathroom + separate toilet: renovated bathroom, bathtub, sink, backlit mirror. The toilets are independent, stylish graphic tiled.
– Private cellar in the basement (practical to store).
– Parking : no private space but bcp of free places ds la rue (rare in Lyon but here it goes again).
The apartment is furnished as in the photos, nothing to add. The heating is indiv (elec), conso reasonable. Building calm, quiet neighbors.

If you're looking for a nice apartment in the 4th, with a real separate living room and a well-equipped kitchen, it's nickel.
