Hello.
I put a small studio of approx. 19m2, ds on the 5th, rue Maurice Jacob.
It's not big, it's pretty good, it's not long and clean again.
Entering there is the main room, clear, window gde with thin curtains.
The sofa unfolds in real bed 2 places, as on the photos (not an old clicklac, c comfortable).
Small coffee table + extra shelf.
The kitchen wall is all the way along: marble-effect planes, induction plates, high and low storage.
There's a small TV screen hanging, really convenient to small spaces.
And rare detail about a 19m2: a dishwasher, recessed under the plan.
The bathroom is redone as well: shower cabin, WC, washing machine right next to the washbasin cabinet, grey/white tiled flooring, nothing to say.
It's compact but functional.
I add a cellar (useful tjrs to store cartons/valises) + a parking space in the building, included ds the price.
Quiet building, low floor, good brightness anyway.
Rent : 502€ / month
Moderate loads.
Small animals ok so clean.
I'm not closed at the guarantor level, we discuss it on a case-by-case basis.
If vs want to come see, I'm available.
