I place a T2 of approx. 35m2 ds on the 6th, rue Garibaldi, ds a quiet residence. The apartment is clean, simple, furnished as it is necessary without chichis. I live not far so I remain tjrs available so care (small DIY, light bulb, ect).
Upon entering we arrive a living room rather grd, light parquet flooring, white walls, easy to furnish. The grey canap' is rather large, comfortable, and there is a small TV set on a low furniture (nothing crazy but it does the job). Dark curtains cut the light well if we like the atmosphere laid in the evening. The room gives on a wide window, not bcp vis-à-vis.
The kitchen is right next door, open but well separated by the floor diff. It is equipped: fridge-freeze, oven, plates, microwave, and especially dishwasher (bcp ask me...). The dining area has a round table indeed concrete with 2 chairs well stable, not the things that barely move you sit down. High + low plates in dark wood, nice rendering, clean, convenient to store.
The room is minimalist but clean, double bed with almost new mattress, large beige curtain, parquet flooring as well. Correct wall plate to store vetem. No scratches or anything. It's quiet, you can't hear the neighbors.
Bathroom: large enough, clear tiled. Washing machine integrated inside (not in the kitchen, it's more convenient). WC separated visually but ds the mm room, clean sink, mirror etc. Nothing luxurious but frankly nickel, tt works, water pressure correct.
Heating indiv, insulation ok (no moisture). Cave available if vs. have boxes (but I prefer to avoid storing sensitive stuff, it's not the Louvre). Parking is easy ds the area but no private space.
