Well, I'll try to describe the apartment as I can, I'm not an ad pro but at least clear c.
The apartment is about 36m2, real T2, in the 5th, side Rue des Macchabées. Quiet building, rather recent, quiet neighbors (bcp of people who work in the hospital downstairs, very respectful, never had a noise after 10pm). There is a retired couple right above, super nice, they keep the parcels when I'm not there.
Parts:
– Equipped kitchen, clean, bright white furniture, black marbled worktop. Plates, oven, hood, large fridge, and especially a built-in Hansa dishwasher (you will see in the photo, it is nickel).
– Living room with small grey anthracite canap + table 4 chairs. The TV is fixed to the wall, it avoids bulkyness.
– Separate bedroom, really a bedroom (not a weird partition). New mattress, still placed with plastic around when I took the photos. Large white cabinet with mirror.
– Clean bathroom, bathtub, washing machine installed. Recently installed.
– large closet at the entrance with sliding mirror.
– Clim in the room (it changes life in summer here).
Exterior / building:
– There is a residential car park (not assigned but never had a pb to park).
– Locked bicycle space, convenient in this sloping area.
– Guardian once a week for the communes, well maintained building.
Individual heating. Fibre available in the building.
Rent : 620€ / month charge included.
Charges approx. €60.
Deposit 1 month HC.
