Hello.
I propose to the lodge a T2 of about 33m2, located on Rue Béchevelin, in the 7th. The building is recent and well held, quiet floor, quiet neighbors (really, never had a pb).
The apartment was recently renovated, so it is in very good condition.
When you enter, you will find a small space with openwork wood furniture, shelves, high mirror... convenient to store jackets/shoes without invading the living room. Anthracite grey tile, easy to clean.
The kitchen is modern:
– oven + induction plates
– integrated dishwasher
– matt grey furniture with marbled worktop
– bcp storage top/bottom
– microwave + kettle already there
It's still compact, but frankly well thought out, we're cooking at ease.
The living room: clear parquet, comfortable blue-green sofa, dark blue curtains, wooden table + 3 chairs. Spotlight lighting on the ceiling, quite warm atmosphere. The TV is provided, installed on its furniture. It is a simple but clean and pleasant space.
The bedroom: double bed (good mattress), yellow headboard, blue curtains, large office for work, matching chair, sliding closet with internal storage. The room closes with glass door double style workshop (but opaque enough to keep privacy).

– LED lighting, clean and modern
We also have a wooden wall corner that gives a slightly warm side.
