Hello.
I rent my apartment T2 of about 38m2, located rue de la Poterie, just qq minutes from the metro (the line is about 6-7 min walk, according to the step...). It is a quiet corner, bcp of new residences around, and the way is wide so no noise of bar or other.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor (elevator of course). It is a dwelling that I kept very clean because I often went to work there, so it is nickel and almost not worn out.
The living room
Large living room rather square, clear, especially arrem when the sun is a little bit ticking.
You have a blue sofa, comfortable, and opposite the wall TV that works well (I leave the white furniture too).
The floor is made of light grey laminate, easy to clean.
The kitchen
Open kitchen, all in white, clear worktop, and yes there is a dishwasher already installed.
Oven, plates, hood, fridge/freezer — everything is already there.
Round table white + 4 chairs, I leave everything.
The room
Large bedroom with a double bed (almost new mattress), 2 small bedside tables, and especially an office already installed near the window, convenient if you need to study/telework.
There is a fairly wide sliding closet.
Clim in the room (genre split mural), it cools very quickly, I had it maintained this summer.
Bathroom
Bathtub, white basin, marble-style tile.
I have planned to install a glass wall (I have already priced the model, I put it on your entrance).
Other information
• Private parking in the basement (large enough space for SUV).
• Dry cellar, convenient to store.
• Correct heating, good insulation (the apartment stays cool in summer thanks to the air conditioning).
• Rent: €482 including charges (charges approx. €58-60).

Nothing special to predict, I just put the bathtub wall back on and it's okay.
