I put this studio of approx. 27m2, located on Rue Chevreul in the 7th floor, on the 6th floor (recent building, well held). Appart clear, large volume from a studio, one breathes well in.
When you enter, you arrive directly on a large main room. Light grey floor, white walls, natural light that fits well (the photos speak for themselves).
Night corner with double bed, mattress still protected. I have voluntarily left space around to move around, to place a piece of furniture or other.
The living/living area is open to the kitchen. There is the air conditioning already installed (functions very well, tested this summer), convenient seen the floor.
