I put my small T2 of approx. 38m2, located on Rue de l'Université, in the 7th, near tram + shops. The apartment is quiet, in a fairly recent, clean, with elevator.
Living room/living room
The living room is quite wide, we put a large grey sofa (very comfortable) + a desk with swivel chair to work quiet. New parquet floor, hidden curtains, and good brightness in the evening as in the day.
Semi-open kitchen
Equipped kitchen, clear worktop, glassceram hobs, oven, large storage, fridge-freezer and especially dishwasher (yes it is well present in furniture, see photo).
Solid wood table + 4 upholstered chairs. It is simple but frankly clean and pleasant.
Chamber
In the room:
– double bed (almost new mattress),
– 2 bedside tables,
– matching wardrobe.
Neutral tones, perfect for sleeping noiseless (courtyard giving).
Bathroom + separate toilet
Sdb with bathtub, mirror + storage, and washing machine already installed.
The toilets are separated, clean white room, practical for two life.
