It is a small studio of 24m2, quiet, in the 6th, rue Garibaldi towards Foch/Massena. The building is clean, neighbor rather nice (important for me I say it directly).
The studio is well screwed, tt has been redone ya not very longtps. As soon as you go in there is a ptit corridor that overlooks the main room. Blue sofa big enough, it is a convertible so it makes bed in the evening. In front there is the TV fixed to the wall, well practical, you see well canap.
Modern kitchen, furniture up/down, oven, plates, hood... and yes there is a dishwasher, I specify because bcp ask. Dining table with 4 chairs, it makes clean serious, style a little contemporary.
Nickel bathroom also, light marbled tile, washing machine in the bathroom, and shower cabin quite wide. Nothing to report level condition is clean frankly.
There is also a cellar and a bicycle room in the building, so convenient if necessary. Heating elec, conso normal. No elevator, but first floor.
Rent: 505€ including charges.
