I propose my small studio near the metro and the Croix-Rousse. It is a simple but well furnished studio: a sofa bed for sleeping, a table with two chairs, a kitchenette with plates, fridge, microwave, kettle... and a flat screen in the living room.
The bathroom is equipped with a separate shower and toilet, there is also a washing machine. It is a clear and quiet apartment.
I live right next door, so if you ever need a hand for something or a problem to report, I'm available.
Rent of 540 €, with 40 € of charges included.
Security deposit fixed at 500 €.
Very good energy classification (EPD C, GHG A).
APL accepted for this beautiful studio cozy!
