Very nice studio on the 4th floor with elevator in a building on Rue Chevreul, quiet and well served area, close to the quays of the Rhône, the metro Jean Macé (line B) and the tram T2. The apartment has been completely renovated recently, everything is clean.
It includes:
• An equipped kitchen with hobs, hood, fridge, dishwasher, oven and dining area with high table and assorted chairs.
• A living area with convertible sofa, wall TV, convenient.
• A bathroom with bathtub, WC suspended, washing machine, modern sink furniture. I plan to install a shower wall before the arrival of the future tenant.
The apartment is bright, well insulated.
