The resort town of Bardighera is located on the Franco-Italian border, on the western coast of Liguria, approximately 20 kilometers from the French border. It is renowned for its blue sea, exotic palm trees, and lush vegetation.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area of the city. It is surrounded by a garden with ornamental and fruit trees and is equipped with an automatic irrigation system. The villa consists of two detached houses, with a total area of 350 square meters (one approximately 200 square meters and the other 150 square meters).
The first house consists of two levels. The first level includes a bedroom with access to the terrace, a bathroom with a shower, and a dressing room;
Second level: living room with access to the terrace and garden, dining room with access to the terrace and garden, kitchen with built-in wardrobes, two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and access to the terrace, bathroom with shower and bathroom with bathtub.
