Apartment in Lyon, Rhône

Rue Vaubecour, 6 minutes walk from Ampère Victor Hugo Metro
The room is for the moment empty in the photos: I'll install a comfortable double bed and a new wardrobe, the old one will leave. The living room is spacious and already furnished with a sofa, a library, a furniture with TV. The kitchen is very functional, with well-maintained furniture, and a table with chairs. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom, a bathtub, and the toilets are separated.
It's a clean, unpretentious but warm apartment, and I'm still available if you need some small adjustments to make you feel at home.
Available at 675 € including charges.
The charges are 60 € per month, and the required security deposit is 615 €.
On the energy side, no bad surprises: DPE C, GES A.
And of course, housing is eligible for APL.
