Apartment in Rennes, Ille-et-Vilaine

Good morning, everyone.
I rent my apartment located in the Bourg-l'Évêque district in Rennes. It is a 65 m2 T2 located on the 3rd floor with elevator, in a well-maintained building, with quiet and discreet neighbours. I specify from the outset: the condominium is serious, we live well there. I am myself owner occupying in the same area so I know the environment well.
The apartment:
It consists of a very spacious living room, which is what the former tenants enjoyed most. They even told me while laughing that one could almost do yoga with two without walking on it (what I do not encourage, but well, it is to give you an idea of the size). The living room is equipped with a corner sofa 5 places with meridian, which I bought at Maisons du Monde in 2021, very comfortable, still in very good condition (no stain, never smoked in the apartment).
There is also a light wood low TV cabinet with some storage and a flat screen Samsung (not connected, but compatible with box).
In the corner of the living room, you will find an additional table with two chairs, which can act as a small dining area or reading area if you wish. There are two electrical outlets right next door, convenient to connect a computer or a lamp.
The room is equipped with a one-and-a-half-bed (140 cm), semi-closed mattress bought in 2022, very little used. There is a bedside table, a orientable lamp, and a large wardrobe with sliding doors. I specify that one of the mirrors of the cabinet has a small scratch (made by a suitcase apparently), I can replace it before the entrance if it is a concern for you. The windows overlook a very quiet small street. Manual shutters.
The kitchen is separate, fully equipped: ceramic glass hobs, fridge (with small freezer), integrated oven, functional hood, and many storages. You will also find a small table with two chairs in the kitchen, useful for having a coffee or lunch without having to put everything on the table of the living room. There is even a small window edge where the former tenant had put aromatic plants.
The bathroom is in length, tiled on the floor and on the walls, with bathtub, washbasin with storage, large mirror (with LED strip), and an electric towel heater. The washing machine is a Whirlpool, it works very well, it was bought in 2021. WC in the bathroom. There is a small wall shelf that I leave, you can store your products there.
The heating is electric, with radiators in each room. Correct insulation, the charges remain reasonable. The apartment is well exposed, bright without being in full sun.
As a bonus, I say that I live on 2 streets and I'm pretty resourceful: I can give a hand for small DIY, furniture to mount, advice on the good restaurants in the area or the markets (there is a very nice place at Champ Jacquet on Saturday morning, 10 minutes on foot). I also have a screwdriver and a bubble level if needed, I went there when I was a student, I know that it helps.
