Apartment in Lyon, Rhône

Located on Rue Sébastien Gryphe, a 4-minute walk from the Saxe-Gambetta metro station, and close to Lyon 2 and Lyon 3 universities.
It is a bright apartment, with very large windows and good insulation. There is gas heating, and I will install a TV in the living room at my expense.
On the furniture side: a comfortable yellow sofa, a white coffee table, a spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, wardrobe, and shelves.
The kitchen is equipped (gas hobs, oven, fridge, storage), with a dining area.
The bathroom is clean, with bathtub and sink furniture.
Everything's in good condition.
