Apartment in Lyon, Rhône

I propose an apartment of 29 m2 that I have always taken care of, and it can be seen. It is furnished, bright, quiet, and especially... very pleasant. Ideal for a couple or two friends, even a small family. Two separate rooms, a living room/bedroom and a spacious kitchen and a bathroom with bath and washing machine.
Everything stays in the apartment including the TV, the sofa, the bed ect
The little plus? A balcony where you can smoke if needed (yes, it's allowed outside), a warm decor, and small details like WC/SDB separation and the natural atmosphere with touches of greenery everywhere.
I am open to discussion for rent, so if you like the apartment, do not hesitate to contact me to exchange.
