Apartment in Lyon, Rhône

Located on Rue de l'Université, close to the station Jean Macé (metro B, tram T2, train station SNCF).
Hi, I leave this 42 m2 apartment located in the 7th, and I'm looking for someone to take over. The apartment is top, very spacious, bright and well arranged. It is furnished.
In the bedroom, there is a large double bed, storage and a desk to work quietly. The living room is with a sofa, a TV, a decorative fireplace. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped (oven, plates, fridge, dishes...), and there is even a table for eating two or three. Bathroom with bath and washing machine.
The apartment is air conditioned, very well heated in winter, and located in a quiet street, close to the metro.
The owner is super legit, nice and responsive. I spent a great year here, I'm just leaving because I found it closer to my job.
Rent 700 € charges included, in that 60 € charges, the deposit is 640 €.
Energy is clean, DPE in C (140 kWh/m2. year), GHG A (5 kg CO2/m2. year).
APL possible.
