Studio in Lyon, Rhône

This is my studio, in the 6th district, rue Masséna, 4 minutes walk from the metro Foch and close to the Parc de la Tête d'Or. It has parquet floors throughout the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, everything is integrated: oven, hobs, dishwasher, washing machine. The bathroom is comfortable with a modern shower and practical storage. There is obviously a double bed and the mural tv remains, a mangr table for 2.
The current sofa starts to get a little tired, so I plan to replace it before the arrival of the future tenant – I will take advantage of it to take something more aesthetic.
I am available to exchange or arrange a visit, and I am flexible on the entrance.
