Studio in Lyon, Rhône

Located, rue d'Anvers 3 minutes walk from metro B and tram T2, this 33 m2 studio is on the 2nd floor.
The studio is very clean and well arranged. The kitchen area is fully equipped (plates, oven, fridge, bar and stools). The sofa bed is recent, but I plan to have a real bed installed if necessary. The TV is already there, I'm just waiting for a technician to fix it properly to the wall.
The bathroom is with bathtub, washing machine, toilet, and many storage spaces. The apartment also has a large closet with mirror doors in the entrance.
Owner listening, I am easily reachable and I make sure everything works well for the tenants.
This studio is at 605 € including charges.
The rent includes 45 € of charges, with a security deposit of 560 €.
Good insulation (DPE C, GES A) and housing eligible for APL.
