Apartment in Lyon, Rhône

This is an apartment that I propose to rent furnished on Rue du Premier-Film, in the Monplaisir-Lumière district.
The accommodation is 41 m2, well arranged, with a large bright living room (comfortable sofa, wall TV, dining table, modern furniture) and a separate bedroom with double bed, desk, storage and wardrobe/ wardrobe.
The kitchen is separate, fully equipped: oven, hobs, hood, microwave, kettle, washing machine, many storage spaces.
Bathroom with bathtub, basin with drawers, wide mirror, and separate toilet.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator, individual gas heating, and very well insulated (no problem of humidity or air current, even in winter).
660 € including charges.
The monthly charges are 60 €, and the security deposit is 600 €.
The apartment is well classified in energy terms: DPE D (183 kWh/m2. year) and GES B (8 kg CO2/m2. year).
Housing is obviously eligible for APL.
