About this apartment for rent

Formerly rented year-round and then in Airbnb (where it's cardboard), I'm now looking for a long-term rental because I don't have time to manage it anymore. I'm totally okay with the sub-rent (this will be specified in the lease).
The apartment is furnished, very nice, with a air conditioning, a functional kitchen, a washing machine and a bathtub in the bathroom. It is super well insulated and overlooks a quiet street. I just put the TV back in place (it was in the cellar), and it is connected to my Netflix account – everything remains.
