The proposed apartment is a very spacious 2 rooms, particularly bright and refurbished in 2017! It has a surface of 60m2 (Law Carrez) and is located in Mitry-Mory in the district of Mitry-LE-NEUF near the train station rer b villeparisis - the nine (5-7min walk).It is equipped with an intercom with badge (more secure than with a digicode). The common areas are in very good condition. My apartment is on the 1st floor (without elevator) . There are in all 3 levels.
The building is managed by a condominium trustee.

Come in.
It is offered with a large closet housing a shoe cabinet and 3 large shelves to store for example your kitchen appliances, vacuum cleaner, etc ... The entrance directly overlooks the kitchen and living room.
Kitchen
It is open to the living room, which offers more volume and conviviality with your guests. It is very well equipped: oven (Brandt pyrolysis), cooking plate with induction (Whirlpool 4 fireplaces), extractor hood (Electrolux), fridge (Samsung) with freezer, microwave and lots of storage. To this is added its central island, perfect for a dinatory hour or to make large kitchen. You will not lack room.
The central islet can accommodate 2 people sitting and has many storage facilities as well. In the kitchen, you will also find the washing machine at your disposal (Brandt 7kg). All appliances were purchased in 2017 (invoices in support) except the microwave.

It is very spacious and very bright thanks to its 2 large windows and overlooks a balcony. The latter overlooks the back of the building and is about 3-4 m2 (no screws), perfect for getting out in the air or for your flowerpots. In the living room you will find a dining table for about 4-6 people as well as a large wardrobe.
WC
You will find a hanging toilet, ideal for maintenance, accompanied by its integrated sink. You will also find storages as well as the water heater.
Parental suite
The room has a surface of about 15m2! You will find there a double bed 160cm x 200cm. The mattress is said to "memory of form". You will also have a large wardrobe (similar to that of the living room) and an office with 3 drawers. The room overlooks a small balcony of about 2-3m2 that overlooks the street. The bathroom is about 4m2: hanging furniture, basin, mirror, towel dryer and Italian shower.
Other
- There are 3 air vents connected to a VMC: 1 in the kitchen, 1 in the toilet and 1 in the bathroom, which greatly limits the moisture problem and constantly ensures good air quality.
