Villa in Codevilla, Pavia

At the foot of the hills of the Oltrepò Pavese in Codevilla, we offer a residence for quiet living in an independent context that tells the story of a wealthy family inserted in the heart of the peasant tradition of the early twentieth century.
The property consists of a manor house on three levels; rural buildings in exposed brick, one of which houses a former bread oven; Former stable/barn building where we house a large room of about 40sqm and a laboratory where you can linger with recreational or utility activities.
The atmosphere inside the Villa has the warmth of the hearth of times gone by, a feeling of admiration for the Genoese terrazzo floors and the doors with glass inserts of the rooms. The spaces are rational and well distributed: we enter and we have the central corridor and immediately to the right the kitchen with its fireplace, we advance and on the sides we find the living room, dining room and study, rooms of the same size that can then be used at will. The bathroom is located at the entrance in a secluded space. On the ground floor there is therefore the entire living area. On the first floor we find the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms and a second bathroom.
All the rooms have a square plan and have two beautiful windows to make the rooms pleasantly bright, some enjoy a beautiful view with open views of the hills, the internal garden and the courtyard.
Another surprise is the cellar with internal access to the house, large, well distributed and dry, with barrels and exposed brick ceilings + ''infernot'' area for the good storage of wine.
Surrounding the Villa is a large courtyard that disengages the villa from the rustic and rural buildings, a large porch for cars and one dedicated to outdoor stops, also 5000sqm of land partly lawn, with trees, oaks, locust trees, cypresses, all to enhance this interesting proposal.
