Situated just a few minutes from Pollença and very close to some of the most beautiful beaches and coves in the north of the island.

The property is spread over two floors with separate entrances. On the ground floor, there is a traditional Mallorcan kitchen, a cosy dining room with a TV area and a spacious master bedroom. At the rear is a pleasant outdoor area with unobstructed views of the mountains and countryside, as well as a covered terrace with a fireplace, perfect for enjoying all year round. This area also features a bathroom and a practical laundry room.

The upper floor comprises three bedrooms (two double and one single, ideal as a study or guest room) and a spacious, fully refurbished bathroom.
