Nordicway presents this charming bungalow in a popular complex in the Campo Internacional area of Maspalomas, surrounded by greenery and close to the famous Maspalomas golf course and dunes. The area is ideal for those looking for a quieter setting while remaining within easy reach of the beaches, restaurants, shops and all the amenities of Maspalomas.

The property is accessed via a private terrace. The outdoor area offers plenty of space for sun loungers and has a comfortable dining area with table and chairs. An awning provides shade when needed, while a curtain can be used for additional privacy.

From the terrace, glass doors lead directly into the bright living room. Large windows bring plenty of natural light into the room, while net curtains provide privacy. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a wall-mounted TV and an air-conditioning unit.

Further inside, the kitchen is located on the left and the bathroom on the right. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, mini oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, toaster and a selection of basic kitchenware, pots and plates, providing everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

The spacious bathroom features a shower, toilet and bidet. There is also a cupboard housing the washing machine, with additional space for cleaning products and storage.

At the rear of the bungalow is the bedroom, furnished with a large double bed with a king-size mattress, 180cm wide, offering extra space and comfort. A large wardrobe provides ample storage.

The property benefits from a particularly pleasant position within the complex: close enough to the communal pool to make it convenient, while being slightly set back so that the terrace retains a good degree of privacy. The high ceilings also add to the feeling of space and comfort.
