The property stands out for its privacy and generous outdoor spaces. It features a magnificent outdoor area of approximately 55 m², including a terrace, sunbathing area and private saltwater swimming pool. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and sun loungers and also features an outdoor shower. Weekly pool maintenance is included, with access arranged in advance with the tenants.

From the terrace, sliding glass doors lead into the living and dining area, equipped with air conditioning, a large corner sofa bed, TV unit and television.
To the left is the fully furnished and equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, three-zone induction hob, coffee machine, juicer, blender and toaster. From the kitchen, there is access to the dining area, furnished with a round table for four people and connected to the living room in an open-plan layout.

From the living room, a hallway leads to the sleeping area, comprising two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom features a double bed, separate walk-in wardrobe and air conditioning. The second bedroom is equipped with a trundle bed and ceiling fan.

Both bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity unit with washbasin.

The property is offered fully furnished and equipped and also features an alarm system.
